As of 1 November 2017, Aves IT B.V. uses the terms and conditions of Nederland ICT (formerly ICT~Office). Nederland ICT is the trade association of 550 IT, telecom, internet and office companies in the Netherlands. These general terms reflect the latest state of legislation and case law in the field of ICT. They also contribute to the success of ICT projects, among other things through a clear, fair and market-conform division of responsibilities and risks between Aves IT B.V. as supplier and you as customer.
